Using world-class Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, we are able to help you in the design and analysis of parts, structures, and systems. Using the software analysis capabilities of FEA which include linear static, modal, buckling, non-linear static, thermal, fatigue, and contact dynamic, you can rest assured that the parts will conform to your requirements before the manufacturing process even starts.


Our experience extends beyond designing and goes into the manufacturing of advanced and composite materials. These range from materials such as glass fibre, aramid fibre, and carbon fibre with various resin systems, to various core materials that include PVC and PET foams.

The manufacturing processes we use include Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion, wet laminate lay-up, autoclave pre-preg laminates, ceramic materials, and silicone mould casting. This means that we can produce the full ambit of material that your organisation requires.
